“Yes, mom, it’s me.”
“Hi, I was just about to call you.”
“Really, what’s up?”
“Just something interesting. Piao saved Leo’s life this morning.” (Piao and Leo are both my dogs).
“Really? How?”
“Funny story. This morning ,the dog walker took them out for a walking. And you know Piao and Xiaowu are young and strong, they walked in front of her. Leo is blind and old so he just followed them each time in behind.”
“Oh, yes, I know that.”
“There was a hole on the ground and the dog walked didn't pay much attention, but Leo fell into that hole and she didn’t even notice.”
“Gee, that’s terrible.”
“Yeah, and she might realise there was one dog missing after twenty minutes later and she said she found everywhere and couldn’t find Leo at all.”
“My goodness, Leo is lost.”
“No, listen. So the dog walked just grumbled to herself like where is Leo? Where is Leo? Then Piao seemed understood her and guided her to the hole where Leo fell.”
“Really, that’s great! What’s an intelligent dog she is!”
“Yeah, your dad said the same. The dog walked was so grateful to Piao.”
“Yeah I can imagine. But the most important thing is Leo was found.”
“How could a dog understands so much human words?”
“I found that long time ago, she is really the most smart dog I have ever seen. But I’m glad she did save Leo today.”
“Yeah, we’ll bonus her something tasty.”
“Yeah, you have to. Tell them I miss them and love them so much.”
