My friend told me that Grouse Mountain would be an easy climb(I shouldn't have believed in her) and that I would love it;far from being the stairway to heaven, it was more like the trail to perdition-I had blisters all over feet, my whole body was in terrible pain-and I was a lost and weary soul.

To tell the truth and to do real things are the basic human’s merits, but the lies fly everywhere (in our society, in the Newspaper and medias) in this world: some lies are called black (telling the lies deliberately for political or economical purposes); some are called white (they say they tell the lie unexpectedly or due to the kindness, so this kind of lie would be accepted)—is the theory (true and false run parallel) a new paradox or another delicate lie?

In winter, shanghai is like a freezing north pole with no place to be kept warm; in summer, it is like a burning stove. Shanghai – a place of being alive (compared to being comfortable enough not to realize the existence of your environment).

When I used hear people saying that Conakry (the capital city of Guinea) has only one entrance and exit, I didn’t believe them until one day when we had to run for emergency—there was a bomb explosion in the place where the country weapons were kept—and as we ran, all I could see were the same things: the ocean in every direction we went; the people we passed by heading back to the city because they found no exit.
