I've started the thread. Anyone else want to comment or give their view of the proceedings?

It was fabulous, if you ask me. I took only two photos, but each one incredible: filled with tears and smiles and joy.

The other two photos? Of the table before everyone ate at the potluck. It made me want to eat the delicious food all over again!

The speech by Stacey got the biggest round of applause, didn't it? More from the heart than head. Our principal gave a good speech, too, I thought.

The teachers asked me today if we could publish your speech, Stacey, at the main web site. I heard nothing but positive comments; the delivery was great, too, although someone caught you with your hands shaking near the end (a lot of people to speak to!).

Oh, and if some of you don't mind your photo on our web site, let me know so we can use them with your permission.

We could link them to your bio; something for you to write if you feel like it.

I had a great time yesterday. Thanks to all of you for participating.

Hi Everybody. I had a great time yesterday. Yeah, I was nervous, and that's putting it mildly. I wanted to thank Katherine and Larry for offering their support. It was so nice of you to come and see your class mates graduate. Let me know when yours is and I'll be there with bells on.

It was just a wonderful experience. I won't ever forget it or the people from Writing 12. It was a fun year.

Brad feel free to post pics of me if you'd like. I'm so happy people were pleased with the speech. You did say we could submit articles for consideration, by you for "the Buzz" You'll probably hear from me over the summer. We do a lot of camping and the like so I'll write about that.

Enjoy your Summer guys.

Stacey.

Hi,Brad and Stacey:

I hope very much that Stacey's speech, the best graduation speech i've ever heard, could be publsihed at the main web site of our school.

Yes, we had a wonderful graduation ceremony that impressed me deeply. When you guys in the blue cap and gown appeared in front of me, how I envy you guys!I've never experienced that, although I am a college graduate. At that time of my graduation, the students didn't wear cap and gown at graduation ceremony in my mother country(but now they do.)So,cap and gown have been my dream.

Stacey, you said that you will be there when Catherine and i graduate. I'm so moved with it. I can tell you that Catherine's graduation will be coming very soon, but me, I'm afraid you'll have to wait long long time. Maybe your lovely son would graduate from secondary school earlier than me. However, I'll do my best.

Hi,everyone, how have you been? I think I need more time to get used to the days without school. Although we can't meet each other at classroom in the coming months, we'll meet here often. Take care!

Hi dear friends, especially graduates!

I am sorry that I missed the recognition and graduation ceremony. (I am still recovering from my trip.)
I want to congratulate everybody with the successful year and particularly all graduates with their significant accomplishments. I was happy to have such talented and hardworking people as my classmates. I wish you luck and happiness.

With love and respect,
Natalia
P.S. In case that you forgot, I remind you about wonderful event that coming soon- free concert of Vancouver Symphony at Deer Lake Park on July 15 at 7:30 p.m.
