Lustrous, shiny and dark—chocolate—with a sheen like the paint on a fast black Mercedes, you are my soul mate, my lover in times of distress, my best friend in a tragedy. Melt in my mouth and stay, your warm slightly bittersweet taste on my tongue. I promise you won’t be wasted, O chocolate! And after you are gone, I will dream of you, of your smell, of your rich, creamy body. I love you O chocolate, I do.
Hate you or hate you not, you are there, no joy no tear. Miss you or miss you not, you are there, despite the change of year. Love you or love you not, you are there, no back no forth. Follow you or follow you not, you are there, no more no less. Oh, Time, please put me in your hands, and let me fly with you, be near or be far. But tell me, my dear friend, why should my days leave me and never return? In the morning I open my eyes to meet you again, yesterday has gone; at night I bury my face in my palms and sigh for doing nonsense, tomorrow already comes without a trace. Tell me, my dear, how can I seize you with my hands and lock you in my palms? Lingering between my past and my future, I look and seek, but what I found is eternal silence.
There you stand in the corner of my living room, laid-back and relaxed. You wait patiently for someone that knows the beauty of music and can bring forth those sounds from the depths of your wooden heart. Shining reflections of your intricate wood grain finish seem to call out to me, play with me today and my many tones and frequencies will grant you a glimpse into your own soul. Oh okay, but only for a few strums will I indulge my ears and feelings, losing myself within the ancient craft of music and song. Then back to the corner you go, ready willing and able to release love sweet harmonies anytime you please.
Your cotton fragrance remains on my face. I still remember the tough of your soft white body whenever I lie on or cuddle you. Every night, you take me to a dreamy wonderland exploring unexpected adventures that enriches my life. Every time, you allow me to vent my anger by beating you that also comfort my heart. You know me most—my laugh, my cry, my fool, my craze. I want to warm you up at such icy nights. You’ll feel the sweet smell from my hair, my chest while I hold you and caress you. All my thankful love.
-A Love Letter (a perspective from my thing): You’ve always been beside me whenever I lost my temper, and about to lose my patience with you. Whenever I thought about losing you, I could die because you ARE everything to me. You meant everything to me. I still remember when you found me amongst the crowds, I was surprised because you chose me out of the pretty ones. I still remember when I tried to speak to you, you smiled at me and the way you smiled, it felt as if an angel is smiling down on me. I still couldn’t forget when you tried to hold my hands secretly, it felt as if I died right then and gone to a heaven. Thank you for loving me, Esther.
Let me start by saying that I thank the inventor every night since i found you. You came into my life when everything seemed so dark, but you have provided the the light to find my way.
Whenever I see you there in my little nook, I am encouraged to sit down, relax, think, and take a look -- the myriad latest advertisements, fashions, job vacancies, news, trends, sceneries, and sports around the world!
With you I can communicate, study, research, and reach out my loved ones and friends so quickly and vice-versa they can too reciprocate so speedily. Without you, I would not have afforded to achieve many things.
O, what a wonderful world because of you! I am updated of what is happening around the globe. Thank you for being you.
